We offer FREE shipping on orders over $75. Shipping on orders under $75 is only $5.
If you have not received your package in a timely manner, it may have been lost in transit. Please reach out to the carrier that was tasked with delivering your package. The carrier name and contact information can be found on the package’s tracking page.
In order to offer as many quality products as possible, your order items may ship from a number of warehouses across the country. Inventory levels, warehouse locations, and your order’s final destination all play a part and where your item or items ship from.
While we are unable to guarantee an address change. However, the sooner you let us know that an address change is necessary the better the chances of us being able to make the change are. We will do our best to make the change.
