1. Asian sizes are 1 to 2 sizes smaller than European and American sizing. Choose the larger size if your size between two sizes. Please allow 2-3cm differences due to manual measurement.

Click on "Where's My Package?" to view your order’s estimated date of arrival and tracking history. Please note, depending on how the store ships your order, there may not be tracking information available.
We offer FREE shipping on orders over $75. Shipping on orders under $75 is only $5.
If you have not received your package in a timely manner, it may have been lost in transit. Please reach out to the carrier that was tasked with delivering your package. The carrier name and contact information can be found on the package’s tracking page.
In order to offer as many quality products as possible, your order items may ship from a number of warehouses across the country. Inventory levels, warehouse locations, and your order’s final destination all play a part and where your item or items ship from.
While we are unable to guarantee an address change. However, the sooner you let us know that an address change is necessary the better the chances of us being able to make the change are. We will do our best to make the change.

On average we typically fulfil most orders in 1-3 business days. Once fulfilled an order may take up to 14 days to be delivered. There are still lingering effects of Covid-19 on all major US mail carriers.
Returns & Replacements
Let us know as soon as possible through either email or live chat. If sending an email, please provide your name, order number, a list of the incorrect or damaged item(s), and a photo of the item(s) and we’ll send out replacements ASAP!
